Return/Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide premium quality hemp wellness products and personalized service. To facilitate this, we have established the following return policy:

  1. All sales are final, including purchases made in our retail store and on our website at
  2. Due to the nature of our products, and the fact that CBD and THC products affect each individual differently, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any product purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. We reserve the right to verify any claims of damage or defect. We may also request photographic evidence or require that the product be returned to us for inspection. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to determine the nature of the damage or defect. If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement, at our discretion.
  4. Shipping Charges: We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances.
  5. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a return, we will work with you to resolve the matter in manner that satisfies both parties. We reserve the right to request that the matter be resolved through arbitration or mediation.

By making a purchase with us on our website or in our retail store, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our return policy. You also acknowledge your understanding that our products contain CBD (cannabidiol), THC and/or additional cannabinoids extracted from hemp.

Cancelled Orders

There is a $5 restocking fee for all shipping & delivery orders that are cancelled at the customer’s request. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

We are unable to refund shipping/delivery/service fees on delivery orders that are cancelled at the customer’s request (due to error in ordering, failure to note delivery time/day, inability to show ID at time of delivery, etc). The amount of these fees will be deducted from the refund total.


Note on product shipments: The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe cannot be held liable for packages once they are marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier. If your package has been marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) for assistance.
