If you purchased products from a company called “Botanical Farms”, this company is NOT RELATED TO US and appears to be a scam. We cannot help you with a return or refund of products purchased from this other company.
Our company – The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe – has received messages from people who were overcharged after ordering gummies and/or capsules online from this other company. Although this other company is using a name similar to ours, this is NOT our company.
We are a reputable CBD business based in Texas, with our contact information posted on our website, while this other company does not provide any contact information.
Please call your credit card company to have the charges from this other company reversed. You can also report them to the BBB and the FTC. Hopefully, with enough complaints, they will shut down.
Since we are not affiliated with “Botanical Farms” in any way, this is the only help we can offer.
The purchase of all Farmacy Botanical Shoppe products is an acceptance of the terms of purchase as well as the return/refund policy.
By purchasing a product from The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe you acknowledge your understanding that our products contain CBD (cannabidiol) extracted from hemp.
If you have an issue with one of our products, please email us at info@farmacybotanical.com or call us at (210) 840-5233 so we can discuss the situation.
The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe will only accept returns on items purchased at farmacybotanical.com or in our retail store. The product must be unused and unopened.
Products must be returned within 7 days of order receipt.
1. Send us an email at info@farmacybotanical.com with the following information:
-Name on order
-Order number
-Reason for return
After we verify your information, we will respond with our return shipping address.
Note: Returns will not be accepted for customers who mistakenly order the Wyld CBD+CBN gummies, thinking they contain THC. Although Wyld uses similar packaging for both their CBD & THC gummies, our product page is very clear that these gummies do not contain THC.
2. Once you have shipped the product back to us, please email the tracking number. Make sure to include a copy of the order receipt or packing slip in your return package.
3. When we receive the package and verify that the product is intact/unopened we will issue a refund to your original method of payment (credit or debit card). Refunds may take 7-10 business days to credit to your account.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe cannot be held liable for packages once they are marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier. If your package has been marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) for assistance.
