Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. Shipping is available within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All packages are sent via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) or UPS Ground and typically reach their destination within 3-7 business days. Shipping carriers are currently experiencing heavy volume which may delay your package. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment (make sure to check your spam/junk mail). From May through October, orders set for shipping that contain CBD oils, CBD gummies and/or CBD topical products will be mailed Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. This is to ensure your package does not sit in the heat for extended periods of time.

Return/Refund Process

The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe will only accept returns on items purchased at farmacybotanical.com. The product must be unused and unopened. Products must be returned within 7 days of order receipt. 1. Send us an email at info@farmacybotanical.com letting us know that you would like to return a product and the reason for the return. We will respond with our return shipping address. 2. Once you have shipped the product back to us, please email the tracking number to info@farmacybotanical.com. Make sure to include a copy of the order receipt in your return package. 3. Once we receive the package and verify that the product is intact/unopened we will issue a refund to your original method of payment (credit or debit card). Refunds may take 7-10 days to credit to your account. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
