CBD products can be sensitive to heat. Since we ship our products from Texas, where temperatures routinely reach over 100°F during the hottest months, The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe has implemented certain shipping policies to ensure that all packages and products arrive to our customers in optimal condition.
Ensuring your satisfaction, as well as the quality of our products, is our priority; however, The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe cannot be held responsible for melted/damaged product due to weather.

Note: The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe cannot be held liable for packages once they are marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier. If your package has been marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) for assistance.
In an effort to be eco-friendly, we use recycled boxes and packaging whenever possible.
From May through October, orders set for shipping that contain CBD oils, CBD gummies, CBD edibles and/or CBD topical products will be mailed Monday through Thursday only. This is to ensure your package does not sit in the heat for extended periods of time.
The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe cannot be held responsible for melted/damaged product due to weather.
Orders containing CBD oils, CBD gummies, CBD edibles and/or topical CBD products being shipped outside of San Antonio during the hot season (May-October), will be mailed Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
Monday-Friday: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Saturday/Sunday: No deliveries
